In the post-pandemic era, rising logistics costs and uncertainties have made overseas buyers favor local supply and fast response models. Hardware tools—being high-frequency and SKU-intensive—especially benefit from agile, efficient warehousing solutions.
YIAD currently operates six overseas warehouses in Valencia, Madrid, Chile, Mexico, Portugal, and South Africa. Two more in Vietnam and Thailand are under construction, targeting full coverage across Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
Local fulfillment via YIAD warehouses cuts lead times to 3–7 days, reduces logistics and customs costs, and helps distributors manage inventory more flexibly with better cash flow.
In Europe, YIAD provides chain supermarkets with high-frequency replenishment via its Spanish warehouses. In Latin America and Africa, a hybrid model supports wholesale distribution. Southeast Asia will be served through the upcoming Vietnam and Thailand warehouses.
A Portuguese B2B customer shared: “It used to take over 20 days for ocean freight. Now YIAD ships from the local warehouse within two days—we can run promotions and restock with flexibility.”
Looking ahead, YIAD plans to add six more regional warehouses within the next three years, forming a globally integrated ecosystem of supply, sales, and service—positioning YIAD as the preferred hardware partner for global retailers and distributors.
